    One thing I hate about the area I live in, there’s no stores that sell high end PC components around, if you can’t find it at bestbuy, you’re out of luck. Not that I mind ordering from Newegg or similar sites but it would be nice to have a local place to pick things up at from time to time. :)

    The "huge" cooler does not do any harm to your motherboard.
    If you don’t trust me, feel free to take a look at Noctua’s webpage – they guarantee that your motherboard won’t be damaged.
    And my system running stable for 9 months – no issues with the cooler…

    Did you have any problems with the Cooler damaging the motherboard…. I am gona build a setup very similar to yours but I am really afraid that the 1.2kgs CPU cooler would bend the motherboard
