  19. proskill says:

@MisterCrunchyToast No, I’m not retarded. I’ve never seen or heard anybody fom the overclocking community overclock using SetFSB; I only hear/see individuals overclock their OEM/prebuilt PC via SetFSB.

You would need to acess the BIOS as your overclocks increase; you would need to up the core voltages, mem voltages/timings, adjust the multipliers (for unlocked or BE CPUs).

I’m sorry that I got the HT link (AMD) with Hyper threading mixed up;happens when you’ve used AMD mostly for 7+ years.

  20. MrMultiLol says:

    RIP INTEL :D

  21. owlet says:

yeah its a quad not a duo, see on cpu-z when it says "Cores 4"?

  22. MisterCrunchyToast says:

@proskill You are retarded, setfsb is how most extreme overclocks are done. What is the point of doing an extreme overclock if you dont get a CPU-z validation? Nothing. For extreme overclocks they set up the bios properly, and do everything the need to do, except change the FSB. When in windows they overclock.

I guarantee that all of these people use the bios to overclock on their home machines, but for extreme overclocks they use setFSB.

Also it is an Intel machine so there is no HT link….

  23. allallale says:

@zakmarcos21 es CORE no COREL PELOTUDO ! lee bien nabo.

  24. JOCKATEO says:

it looks like a bong on top of the cpu 2 hit
