    it has to do with your hz your monitor supports for you it would be 60

    try turning of vertical sync in your games and your fps will go above 60

    I am not really familiar with Catalyst Controls but I am sure you can modify the game profiles within Catalyst. Nvidia control panel has game profiles that will run v-sync even if the settings are set to off within game.
