The Ultimate CPU Overclocking Guide!
Ive overclocked the CPU to 3.67GHz with FSB of 155, with multiplier of 23. Nothing except the FSB has been modified during this overclocking and is deemed stable, however it reached at 80 degrees on benchmarks @100% CPU load…. which is bad. Everything else is left on auto.

i just got my 950 with asus rampage gene 3 today..i hit 3.8ghz stable with no voltage increase at all…got to 4.0ghz easily with 1.21V…idle temps are 38-41, 1hour of prime95 it stays at 62C…using h70 with CM HAF 922+4 fan set-up…im sure i can push the cpu a bit more- but im just loving these temps.. BTW this is with HT OFF
@DSSEarthful my 920 D0 gloden batch does 4.4ghz @1.33v max temps of 55 on the cores 210fsb x21
@wellionvip I’m glad you were able to achieve a great overclock with wathercooling, what temperature did you hit while benchmarking?
I´ve my 950 @ 4,128GHz with a FSB of 172 with the Corsair H70
